Our Mission
To ensure that families with children with autism
can access evidence-based, applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment by proactively addressing issues that may impact the ability of ABA companies to deliver these services.


The Autism Business Association was formed in (year) when companies providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism saw the need to work together collaboratively to ensure that families with children with autism could continue to access evidence-based ABA treatment despite the changing political and regulatory environment. Owners and directors of local companies headquartered in Orange County and Los Angeles County, California began meeting together regularly to organize pro-active efforts to ensure that ABA companies maintain the ability to practice and that families continue to receive the high-quality ABA services their child deserves. The Autism Business Association has grown to include members from companies across California and has retained a lobbyist to advocate on behalf of their mission.

The group is dedicated to staying current on all issues that pertain to the ongoing survival of the ABA/Autism industry in order to help patients with autism to receive the critical ABA services they need to lead independent and productive lives. Issues addressed by the Autism Business Association have included: staff qualifications, licensure, funding mandates, audits, billing codes, etc. The group welcomes additional ABA companies to join our efforts and is committed to working collaboratively with parent organizations, funding sources, legislators, and other professional associations to successfully navigate the changing climate for ABA/Autism services.
